At the meeting of “round table”

On 31st of March, 2016 first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin made a speech at a meeting of the "round table" on the issues of interaction between Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan with public organizations.

The meeting was organized by the St. Petersburg humanitarian political center "Strategy" under the direction of Alexander Sungurov and the Commissioner of human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya together with the Kazan (Volga) federal university.

Participation in "round table" took representatives of various public organizations: the Kazan human rights center, the Public monitoring commission, a human rights group "Accent", RO SLA "Union of pensioners of Russia" in the Republic of Tatarstan, the RSO "Ata Yorty - Father's House", TRS NOC "Russian family ", the organization of relatives of drug addicts" Faith ", the non-governmental center for free legal assistance to the Republic of Tatarstan," Center for legal assistance to migrants and other vulnerable groups of population RT "Legal clinic" charity fund "Ak Bars Creation" acting dean of the law faculty Lily Bakulina, professor of international and european law Lenaris Mingazov and others.

R.I.Zagidullin made a report "On the implementation the strategy of human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2018 years", in which he informed that in August 2014 in the Republic of Tatarstan is implemented approved by the Government Human Rights the Strategy on human rights for 2014 - 2018.

At the report were the results of the execution of individual measures of the Strategy in 2015.

For effective functioning and development of the system of free legal aid to citizens, satisfying the needs of the population, the Strategy envisaged the involvement of lawyers to work for legal aid to the population in the multifunctional center of state and municipal services. At the end of 2015 the number of such centers has risen to 31.

At the social security agencies realized the possibility of applying for the official website uslugi.tatarstan.ru, and monthly informing the individual service users using SMS messages. Information of citizens excludes additional appeal to the social security authorities for obtaining information. As a result, the number of citizens on the suspension and termination payments in the last year decreased by 8,697 appeals.

To gain access to cultural values ​​is actively developing portal "National electronic library of the Republic of Tatarstan" Through the portal available e-books, including rare and valuable collections from the funds of the National library of the Republic. Currently, the portal contains more than 4 thousand electronic publications.

The process of transfer of state and municipal services in electronic form is continuing. In 2015, the share of services in the electronic form of the facts is 49% of the total number of provided services.

Besides the designated directions, within the realization of tasks of the Strategy are carried out activities in the educational and cultural spheres, in the sphere of national policy, the protection of public health, environment and others.
At the end of his speech R.I.Zagidullin noted that the effective implementation of this strategy is possible only if the joint, targeted and well-coordinated work of public authorities and the society.
