The inspection of execution of the events of state program

On 7th of April, 2016, by the staff of the information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a scheduled inspection of execution of the state program "The implementation of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan, 2015-2020" in the Sabinsky municipal region of the republic.

During the inspection were discussed issues of functioning of the commission on coordination of anti-corruption commission to comply with the requirements for official conduct of municipal employees and resolve conflicts of interest, studied a municipal anti-corruption program for 2015 - 2020 years, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, the state of the municipal regulatory and legal framework in the field of combating corruption, and also the course of the execution of other program activities.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunication network “Internet” "on combating corruption", special attention was paid to compliance with the section " Combating-corruption "of official site of the area to specified requirements.

Preliminary test results were discussed with the head of the district R.N.Minnikhanov, assistant head of the municipal district on combating corruption N.F.Zagidullin and also the head of the legal department of the office of the Council of district A.I.Minikaev.
