Study the organization of activity of court areas

From 13th to 15th of April 2016 the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Court department of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the organization of activity of judicial areas №1 and № 2 on the Laishevsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the work were studied the main indicators of activity of judicial districts for 2015: the organization of office work, quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of reception of citizens, rules of conduct court staff and work rules.

In order to further improve the efficiency of the activity to employees of magistrates’ offices on the Laishevsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan were given the necessary recommendations.
