All-Russian court debates 2016

On 22nd of April, 2016 the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova took part in the opening ceremony of XII student modeling process "All-Russian court debates 2016". Larisa Yurievna made a welcoming speech to the future lawyers and thanked the organizers for the excellent organization of the event.

The event was held at the base of the law faculty of Kazan (Volga) federal university.

The purpose of the "All-Russian court debates" is the discussing of actual problems of legal validity, the strengthening of relations with the leading universities of Russia, sharing theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of law, and the training of young lawyers to participate in these trials.

For eleven years in the modeling process of "All-Russian judicial debates" take part students from among the leading law higher educational institutions of Russia.

Today, the debate participants tried their strength in three areas: civil, criminal and constitutional proceedings.

Teams compete against each other in rounds, defending their own point of view on the court cases arguing and proving the legality and validity of its position. Earnestly speaking before the court, the students represent the interests of the parties.

The judges and guests of the competition are practicing lawyers, prosecutors, and lawyers, the judicial community, the Arbitration court of the Volga district and others.

The event was organized by SRWS, Student scientific society of the faculty of law K (P) FS, the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia", the company "Garant", the heads of law faculty and administration of the university.
