The meeting of the Expert council

On 25th of April, 2016 at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a meeting of the Expert council of the Interagency coordinating committee on legal affairs. Meeting was chaired by first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin.

The following bills were considered and approved at the meeting of the Expert council:

"On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On commissions on minors and protection of their rights in the Republic of Tatarstan ";

"Invalidity of paragraph 3 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On science and scientific activity ";

"On amendments to article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan ";

"On amendments to articles 1 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On allotment of local government of municipal formation "City of Naberezhnye Chelny" of  state powers in the field of transport services ";

and the draft federal law "On amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation of administrative offences and article 44 of the Federal law" On communications ".
