Inspection of execution of events of the state program

On 28th of April, 2016, by the officers of the information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a scheduled inspection of execution of the state program "The implementation of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan, 2015-2020" in the Main department of veterinary of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the inspection were discussed issues of functioning of the commission by the head of the Office of anti-corruption commission to comply with the requirements of the official conduct of civil servants and the settlement of the conflict of interests, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, the state of the legal and regulatory framework in the field of combating corruption, and also the progress of execution of other program activities.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet” on combating corruption”, special attention was paid to compliance with the section " Anti-corruption " of official website of the above requirements.

Preliminary results of the inspection were discussed with the head of the legal department of the Main department of veterinary of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.A.Ismagilov, the head of the personnel department and the public service A.F.Gataullina, and also with the person responsible for work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses in the Department E.Mazurov.
