Reception of citizens in Bavlynsky region

On 28th of April, 2016 the staff of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of a mobile information and advisory group, composed of specialists of public authorities, lawyer and notary chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the reception of the population of Kyzyl-Yarsky and Isergapovsky village settlements of Bavlynsky municipal region.

During the reception, legal assistance was provided to 51 residents of the two villages.

The largest number of citizens who have applied for legal aid, interested in matters concerning the gas to a residential house, removal of solid waste, the division of property upon divorce, execution of court decisions, the order of treatment for a pension teachers by seniority, disability, pension indexation, the order of transfer to other educational establishments, housing to orphans.

Villagers received from participating in the consultations of specialists qualified explanations for all questions.
