The meeting on the issue of activity of administration commissions

On 12th of May, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held a meeting in the mode of videoconference with representatives of local governments on the implementation delegated to them certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

With a report about results of the administrative commissions of the republic and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in the I quarter of 2016, made a speech the head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I.Kasymova. The presentation presents the analysis of accounting information.

At the meeting took part the acting head of the department of executive proceedings DFSHB A.V.Zinnatova in RT, reported about the implementation of resolutions on sentencing made by the administrative commissions and the procedure for collecting fines from offenders.
