Seminar for employees of local governments

On 12th of May, 2016 by the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov was held training seminar in the mode of videoconference for employees of local governments on the topic "Implementation of legislation by local government on public events."

At the seminar took part deputy head of the Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on domestic policy issues - head of the Department for cooperation with civil society institutions - Belyakov Roman Yurevich, head specialist-expert of the department of non-profit organizations of the Office of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan - Ignatiev Sergey konstantinovich, senior inspector of department of the organization of public order and the interaction with the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local government MIA of Russia on RT - Silko Igor Aleksandrovich, assistant prosecutor of Kazan - GabitovRuslan  Rinatovich.

At the seminar discussed the socio-political situation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the authority of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation and its territorial bodies in the sphere of control (supervision) over the activities of non-profit organizations. Also, the question was raised in the implementation of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Federal law from 19th of June, 2004 № 54-FL "On meetings, sessions, marches and demonstrations" and considered the practice of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation regulating the procedure for holding public events.
