Seminars-meetings with employees of magistrates’ offices

From 16th to 19th of May 2016 by the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina was held a seminar-meeting with the workers of the magistrates’ offices of Vakhitovsky, Aviastroitelny, Sovetsky, Privolzhsky court districts of Kazan.

Also in the event took part the heads and leading specialists of the department of organizational and legal support of magistrates, department for providing activities of magistrates and the legal department of the ministry of information and computer systems.

During the meetings discussed topical issues of judicial proceedings, errors in the work with the software package "Magistrates" and the Unified interdepartmental electronic document management system, and issues of logistics activities of magistrates. Great attention was paid to the complaints of citizens coming to the ministry addressed to the actions of employees of magistrates. To the employees of their offices indicated on the inadmissibility of negligent attitude to his duties, and lack of attention to the citizen.
