Inspection of the execution of events of the state program

On 26th of May, 2016, by staff of the information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held a scheduled inspection of execution of the state program "The implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" in Nurlatsky municipal region of the republic.

During the inspection were examined issues of functioning of the commission on coordination of anti-corruption commission to comply with the requirements for official conduct of municipal employees and resolve conflicts of interest, studied a municipal anti-corruption program for 2015 - 2020 years, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, the state of the municipal regulatory and legal framework in the field of combating corruption and the course of the execution of other program activities.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 04.04.2013 №225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for placing and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network “Internet” "on combating corruption", special attention was paid to compliance with the section " Anti-corruption "of official site of the district of specified requirements.

Preliminary test results were discussed with the assistant head of the municipal district on anti-corruption F.Yu.Terentev.
