About competition for the title of “Best in profession”

On 26th of May, 2016 under the leadership of deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina was held a meeting of the commission on the organization and conduction of the competition for the title of "Best in profession" among the administrative staff of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The competition is held in order to implement effective human resources policy and improve the professional level of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan, substituting positions in the magistrates’ offices of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also to enhance the prestige of the profession of employee magistrate’s office.

The main tasks of the competition are:

identifying and promoting the most professionally trained, with deep knowledge, highly qualified specialists;

development of creativity, initiative and innovation, improve the professional level of civil servants;

dissemination of the best forms and methods of work, the expansion of the range of professional communication.

According to the results of the meeting the commission approved the list of participants of the competition.
