At the meeting of the Council of judges RT

On 2nd of June, 2016, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina took part in the meeting of the Council of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan  which was in the hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan by the leadership R.A.Sharifullin.

At the meeting also took part the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I.I.Gilazov, deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan in civil cases M.M.Hayrullin, head of the Office of the Court department of the Republic of Tatarstan Z.M.Salihov, deputy head of the Department of Federal bailiffs service of the Republic of Tatarstan G.A.Abdrahmanov, chairmen of district (city) courts of the Republic.

On the agenda was passed a number of issues, where the main was the question of interaction between the courts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of the Federal bailiffs service of the Republic of Tatarstan. With a report on this subject made speech the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Ragozina, deputy head of the Office of Court department in the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.G.Myagkov, chairman of the court composition of the 1 instance on criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Z.Salihov.

After the main speeches was a constructive exchange of views.

At the end of the discussion, the issues on the agenda by the Council of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan was adopted a number of resolutions.
