Legal assistance to bodies of local self-government

6th and 7th of June 2016 the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov and head of the department of legal consulting and methodological support to bodies of local self-government M.A.Pashkova have done the exit to Vysokogorsky and Chistopolsky municipal regions of the republic with the aim of providing legal assistance to local authorities for the implementation of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

There were studied the stipulated procedures of the legislation, prior to the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed documents confirming the receipt of the owners of the notification of withdrawal of emergency residential premises owned by them through foreclosure.

During visits M.M.Ibyatov and M.A.Pashkova responded to problems arising in the process of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical and methodological recommendations on legal issues related to the implementation of the program in areas.
