Study the organization of activity of court areas

From 8th to 10th of June 2016 by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Court department of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the organization of activity of court areas №1 and № 2 on Tukaevsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the work were studied the main indicators of activity of court districts for 2015 year: the organization of workflow, quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outbound service documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of reception of citizens, rules of conduct court staff and work rules.

In order to further improvent the efficiency of activity to the employees of the magistrates’ offices on Tukaevsky court region of the Republic of Tatarstan were given the necessary recommendations.
