At the meeting of the Committee of State Council of RT

On 16th of June , 2016, the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on state building and local self-government, where he delivered a report "On implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On granting local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to gather information from the settlements, involving in the municipal area, necessary for the conduction of the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan ".

The following issues were also discussed at the meeting:

on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to articles 8 and 32 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan "and article 29 of the" Code of the Republic of Tatarstan of municipal service ";

on the results of the work of the State Council Committee of the Republic of Tatartsan on state building and local self-government in the I half of 2016;

on the plan of work of the State Council Committee of the Republic of Tatartsan on state building and local self-government in the III quarter of 2016;

on drafts of federal law.
