Legal assistance to bodies of local self-government

On 29th of June, 2016 the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov together with employees of the regulatory and legal departments working in the field of local government and management of the municipal register A.V.Lohotski and legal consulting and methodological support to local self-government bodies E.G.Gazizova made the exit to Chistopolsky municipal region with the aim of providing legal assistance to bodies of local governments.

During the exit it was provided legal, consulting and methodological assistance to authorized officials on keeping the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, examined ongoing work on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 3rd of November, 2015 № 92-LRT "On granting local authorities of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan of state powers of the Republic of Tatartsan to collect information from the communities included in the municipal area, which is necessary for the conduction of the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan ".

Besides, we studied the state of work on anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts, the activity of administrative commission, the execution of the municipal program "Development of municipal service", and also the realization of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

It was checked the compliance with the procedures stipulated by law, prior to withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed documents confirming the receipt of the owners of the notification of withdrawal of emergency residential premises owned by them through ransom.

During the exit employees of the Ministry responded to the problem questions, arising in the process of local government in the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, and gave practical guidelines on legal issues related to the implementation of the program in the region.

At the end by the deputy minister was held a meeting with senior officials of local self-government bodies of the district on topical issues.
