Providing free legal assistance

On 30th of June, 2016 the staff of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of a mobile information and advisory group, composed of specialists of public authorities, lawyer and notary chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a reception of the population to providing free legal assistance in Urahchinsky and Novoaryshsky rural settlements of Rybno-Slobodsky municipal region.

During the reception, legal assistance was provided to residents of the two villages.

The largest number of citizens who have applied for legal aid, were interested in questions relating to registration of the ownership of an apartment house, the privatization of housing, producing various types of benefits, the order changes to enter into the military-medical commission, establishment of disability, calculation of pension amount, appointment of pre-term pension for long service and other .

Villagers received from participating in the consultations of specialists qualified explanations for all questions.
