Laying flowers at the monument to Derzhavin

On 14th of July, 2016 the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova took part in laying flowers at the monument to G.R.Derzhavin in Lyadsky park of Kazan city

G.R.Derzhavin was not only a great Russian poet and a prominent statesman, but also the first Russian minister of justice.

In 2016, the 200th anniversary of the death of G.R/ Derzhavin celebrates the whole community of Russia. Literary and cultural events dedicated to this date, will be held in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Petrozavodsk, Tambov and the homeland of the poet - in Laishevo region.

At the ceremony took part representatives of the republic's leadership, members of the union of writers of Tatarstan and Russia, poets, teachers, literary and cultural community.
