Meeting in the mode of videoconference

On 28th of July, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov held a regular meeting in the mode of video conferencing with representatives of local governments on the implementation delegated to them certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

With a report on the results of the analysis of accounting information, the activities of the administrative commissions of the republic and officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations in the I half of 2016, made a speech the chief of department on territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I. Kasymov.

At the end of the meeting was held a seminar on the theme "The practice of bringing to administrative responsibility", in which the recommendations and clarifications legislation on drawing up protocols on administrative violations and the administrative commission of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the seminar took part a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, member of the board on administrative cases I.M.Mavlyavetdinov with a performance on the practice of bringing to administrative responsibility by article 20.25 of the AC RF, review of decisions of the administrative commission in the courts and also representatives of the Federal service of court office bailiffs of the Republic of Tatarstan D.A.Sekretov and Association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" A.R.Mustakimova.
