Exit to Chistopolsky municipal region

On 23rd of August , 2016, by officers of the legal consulting and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and A.N.Hanenya and E.G.Gazizova was done exit to Chistopolsky municipal region with the aim of providing legal assistance to local governments on the implementation of Republican targeted program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.

There was checked the compliance with the procedures stipulated by law, prior to withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners; analyzed projects claims on compulsory withdrawal of emergency accommodation and supplies to them.

Besides, the staff responded to the problematic questions of municipal employees, arising from the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing.
