Scientific-practical conference

hld Scientific-practical conference "Legal mechanisms for protecting human and civil rights in modern conditions", dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the University of management "TIABI". The conference was organized by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the University of management "TIABI".

The conference brought together over 100 representatives of the scientific community, the legal profession and the practical educational spheres of legal activity. Geography of the event brought together participants from Moscow, Ufa, Kazan, Cheboksary, Yoshkar-Ola, and other cities of Russia.

Specialists of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the five sections of the conference, which was held in the morning of 3rd of October, 2016:

Constitutional and general theoretical fundaments for the protection of human rights.

Protection of human rights in the field of international legal relations.

Civil law and social protection mechanisms for human rights and citizen.

Ensuring the right to protection in the use of state coercion.

The trend of development of the Russian legislation on the protection of property rights of a person and citizen.

In the first section of the conference head of the sector for the provision of free legal aid N.N.Farhullina made a presentation on the topic: "Formation of state and private systems of legal aid in the Republic of Tatarstan".

Plenary session, was held in the afternoon of 3rd of October, 2016, was opened by Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu.Gluhova, stressing that at the present stage the education is developed enough, the citizens know their rights, and now the task is to correct and effective implementation, and this requires an effective protection mechanism.

At the plenary session sounded greetings and speeches of representatives of the government, the judiciary, lawyers' and the scientific community as a republic as other subjects of the Russian Federation.

First deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.Zagidullin spoke on "The constitutional right of citizens on receiving free legal assistance."

Moderators summarized the work of sessions of the conference and highlighted the nature of the discussion and the practical importance of a number of proposals made jointly by the scientific community and government officials.

On the second day of the conference (4th of October) were held master classes with the participation of the leading Russian experts in the field of legal education and research. The third day of the conference (5th of October) contained a sightseeing and cultural programs.
