On the All-Russian Day of legal aid for children
The purpose of holding of all-Russian Day of legal aid for children is to provide free legal assistance to orphans; children left without parental care; persons from the number of orphans and children left without parental care; persons wishing to take on the education in the family of a child left without parental care; adoptive parents; disabled children (their legal representatives and representatives), and also the introduction of these categories of citizens with rights and responsibilities of children, parents, guardians and legal education on topical legal issues.
On 18th of November, 2016 in all municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstanwere held lectures and seminars on children's rights and protection, legal aspects of custody and parent-child relationships, and also measures to provide free legal aid.
The republic had more than 950 counseling centers, in which more than 1,600 people were able to get qualified legal assistance for the protection of rights, education of children, prevention of child abandonment. For the citizens of the republic on this day was organized by the handset's "hot" lines in the municipalities for the protection of children's rights. Besides, in the framework of the all-Russian Day of legal aid for children in schools had legal education lessons, children receive answers to questions related to the grounds to attract minors liable for offenses committed by them, the employment of minors in the summer, education of children with disabilities and others.
In anticipation of all-Russian Day of legal aid for children, on 17th of November 2016, in the House of people friendship took place the measure on providinglegal aid specified to target groups, organized by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Federal service forexecution of punishment of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department the Federalbailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic Tatarstan, theDepartment of registry office of the Cabinet of Ministers RT, education authority and the guardianship authority of the Executive committee of the city of Kazan, and also lawyers and notaries.
Tatarstan regional branch of All-Russian public organization "Association oflawyers of Russia" took measures for providing free legal aid in centres of free legal aid in Almetyevsk and Bugulma towns.
