Meeting on the execution of the transferred state powers

On 27th of April 27 2017, by the chairmanship of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov was held a regular meeting in the mode ofvideoconference on the implementation of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on organization the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials in drafting protocols on administrative violations.
The report on the results of the activities of the commissions and authorized officials in I quarter of 2017 was made by the head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I. Kasymova.
A.V. Zinnatova, the head of the department for the executive production of the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan, provided information on the interaction of bailiffs with administrative commissions and the collection of fines.
Representatives of the administrative commissions of Agryzsky, Arsky and Zainsky regions were also heard, explaining the reasons for the cancellation of decisions of the commissions in court and the growth of the balance of uncollected fines.
At the end of the mode of videoconference, the interaction of the administrative commission of Kazan with the district departments of the bailiff service and the implementation of interdepartmental electronic workflow in a test mode were discussed.
In the new issue of the anti-corruption bulletin, the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, presented the results of a systematic approach to anti-corruption work in the republic, noting a significant decrease in the number of corruption situations among the population.
By the end of 2025, Tatarstan remains the leader in the Volga federal district in terms of the number of regulatory legal acts included in the municipal register. A significant role in achieving this result was played by the successful digitalization of the process of including documents in the register.
