Participation of the minister of justice RT at the meeting of the Coordination council

On 30th of May 30 2017 tok place a meeting of the Coordination council by the Office of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, the subject of which was the question of the implementation of legislation on the provision of free legal aid on the territory of the republic. At the meeting took partt members of the Coordination council and invited people.

Minister of justice of the Republic L.Yu. Glukhova made a report "On practice ofimplementation the Federal law from 21st of November, 2011 №324-FL" On freelegal aid in the Russian Federation "in the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting also made reports: the head of the Department of the Ministry ofjustice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan V.N. Demidov, the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan S.Kh. Saburskaya, the President of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Tatarstan L.M. Dmitrievskaya, the director of the autonomous non-profit organization "The non-governmental center for free legal assistance of the Republic of Tatarstan" N.V.Babkin, the chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia»I.I. Girfanov.

The plan for further work on the question under consideration is outlined and the results of the work on the implementation of the decision of the Coordination council ,adopted in the second half of 2016 are summed up.
