Study the organization of activity of court area

From 7th to 9th of June, 2017t the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Judicial department in the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a study of the organization of the activity of the judicial area №  in the Kamsko-Ustinsky court district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the course of the work, were sudied the main indicators of the activity of the court area for 2016: the organization of judicial and archival record document work, the quality and timeliness of the execution of court decisions, protocols and outgoing official documentation.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring the necessary conditions for the unimpeded exercise of the constitutional right of citizens to seek judicial protection, the organization of admission of citizens, the rules of conduct for employees of the court office and the rules of internal labor regulation.

In order to further improvement of the effectiveness of the staff of the magistrate's office for the Kamsko-Ustinsky court district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the necessary recommendations were given.
