Deputy Minister M.M. Ibyatov, based on the analysis of crime in these areas, set the task of the meeting to draw attention to areas that require more thorough study and the need to provide the regions with preventive maintenance with methodological assistance in the course of studying the work on the prevention of violations

On March 15, 2018, in accordance with the approved schedule, Aynur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a reception of citizens residing in the Cheremshansky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the course of the reception, appeals of citizens on the issues of obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation, protecting the rights of consumers and others were considered. All questions are answered. The requirements of the legislation are explained.

As part of the departure, legal assistance was provided by the leading counsellor of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local governments Aleksandr Khanenya. Responsible officials of local self-government bodies discussed problematic issues encountered in the course of practical activities, provided advisory assistance, made recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of their work.

Ilfat Mingalimov leading consultant of Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning carried out a check on the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" in the Cheremshansky municipal district.

The issues of the functioning of the commission for coordinating the work on combating corruption to the head of the Cheremshansky municipal district, the commission for compliance with the requirements for official behavior and the settlement of the conflict of interests, examined the municipal anti-corruption program, the organization of anti-corruption expertise, and the implementation of other program activities.

On March 15, 2018, under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, a training seminar took place in the videoconferencing mode for the staff of the justices of the peace on topical issues of the functioning of judicial departments.

The reports were delivered by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, head of the department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace Adelya Nazarova, head of the Staff department and government service Tatyana Latyeva, Deputy Head of Activity Assurance Department of Justice of the Peace Elza Ishmukhametova, deputy head of Department of Legal Informatization and Computer Systems Dilyara Podtelkova, Senior Specialist of Department of organizational work and workflow Gulnara Safiullina.

The topical issues during the work in the Single Interdepartmental System of Electronic Document Management, the use of digital IP telephony in judicial areas, optimization of the costs for mailings, and logistics support for the activities of magistrates were discussed

On March 14, 2018, at the general meeting of the staff of the Ministry, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin handed certificates of the state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan to newly appointed employees to the posts of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On March 14, 2018, a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of A.G. Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting reviewed the review of violations of the legislation on combating corruption in the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local government in the Republic of Tatarstan, identified in 2017 by the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Members of the Public Council approved the drafts of normative legal acts submitted for public discussion developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

On March 14, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatuses of the justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan was held to conduct the qualification examination of 9 state civil servants of the apparatus of justices of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The qualification exam is conducted to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities (professional level) of a civil servant, following which the commission decides to take an examination and assign a class rank of the civil service, or that a civil servant has not passed the qualification exam.

Based on the results of attestation by the certification committee, it was decided that 9 state employees passed the qualification exam and were recommended to assign them class positions in accordance with the replaced positions

On March 14, 2018, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a seminar-meeting on norm-setting activities of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan A.Galimov delivered a report "Actual issues of legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts developed by executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Also during the seminar-meeting were A.B. Grevtsov, head of the Legal Department of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.R. Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of Legitimacy of Normative Legal Acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Legal Department of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan M.B. Sungatullin and other participants.

Within the framework of the seminar-meeting, training was conducted on the issues of anti-corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts and legal and technical design of draft normative legal acts

On March 13, 2018 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the attestation commission of the apparatus of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan was held for compliance of the replaced position of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Certification of public civil servants is aimed at identifying the professional potential, the degree of readiness and the levels of the ability of a civil servant to perform functional duties. In a practical sense, the main goal of attestation is to determine whether the employee corresponds to the position held.

According to the results of the voting, the Committee approved 7 candidates for the replaced positions of the state civil service, 1 attested for the relevant substitute post and is recommended to be included in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant civil service position in the order of official growth, 1 certified - to the corresponding replaced civil service position subject to the successful receipt of additional vocational education.

As independent experts, the meeting of the commission was attended by a veteran of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan V.P. Ganchurin, a member of the Council of Staff of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" M.H. Vafin

From March 12 to 13, a short-term educational module "Prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency" was held at the Higher School of State and Municipal Management. The target audiences of the program are the responsible secretaries and specialists of the municipal commissions for the affairs of minors and the protection of their rights.

At the training, the students get acquainted with the innovations in the sphere of legislation on the responsibility of parents for the content, upbringing and education of children, they obtained detailed statistics on these kinds of offenses, mastered new methods and forms of rehabilitation work with children, and also prevented suicidal behavior.

On March 13, a board meeting was held with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on the Rule of Law and Order R.G. Nugumanov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, Executive Secretary of the Republican Commission for Minors and Protection of Their Rights I. Garifullina and representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Problems in the sphere of life and legal protection of children are discussed, which cause serious concern for state bodies and society (the growing number of families and children in socially dangerous situations, social orphan hood, neglect, crime, religious extremism, drug addiction among adolescents and young people
