About work with addresses of citizens and carrying out receptions in RT Ministry of Justice

During the first half of the year 2012 to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan 252 written addresses (in the 1st half-year 2011г arrived. - 260).

Gained extraordinary popularity information systems of the general using, in particular, the Internet. Through the Internet and reception of an official site of the Ministry of Justice of RT in 6 months 2012г. 144 addresses of citizens (in 2011г arrived.-123).

For the same period in the office of the Ministry of Justice of RT from higher instances 27 addresses (in 2011г arrived.-30), century т.ч. from the Office of the Cabinet of RT – 18, from the Device of the President of RT – 5, from the State Council of RT – 4.

The order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry approved Administrative regulations of providing the state service in consideration of addresses of citizens by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan according to which information on the state service can be received:

1) by means of information stands about the state service, containing visual and text information on the state service, located in premises of the Ministry, for work with applicants;

2) by means of the Internet network:

on an official site of the Ministry (http://www. minjust.tatar.ru);

on the Portal of the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (http://uslugi.tatar.ru/);

on the Uniform portal of the state and municipal services (functions) (http://www.gosuslugi.ru/);

3) at the oral appeal to the Ministry (personally or by phone);

4) at written (including in the form of the electronic document) the appeal to the Ministry.

Information on questions of providing the state service is placed on an official site of the Ministry and at information stands in premises of the Ministry for work with applicants.

The order of the minister from 05.04.2012г. «About an order of a reception of citizens in the Ministry of Justice in 2012» the order of a reception of citizens as the Ministry management in the current year, and also the schedule of carrying out exit receptions of citizens the management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and video receptions by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first half of the year 2012 is approved as No. 01-02/22.

In the expired half-year 2012г. 5 receptions in a video conferencing mode on which 31 citizens were accepted were carried out.

Questions and the answers, arrived to the minister during video reception, at the desire of local governments take place on the Ministry site in the section «Often asked questions».

On personal receptions by the staff of the Ministry 210 citizens, including the management – 133 are accepted, 12 exit receptions during which it was accepted 81 persons are organized.

Within performance of provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan from 22.03.2010г. No. UP-156 «About measures for development of system of rendering of a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the Long-term target program on legal education of the population and rendering of a legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2013, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Tatarstan regional office of Association of lawyers of Russia since 2011 organized work of mobile point of rendering of a free legal aid to the citizens living in rural settlements of the republic. Reception is conducted by specialists of the information consulting group created from specialists of the ministries and departments. Since the beginning of 2012 departures to Kukmorsky and Spassky municipal regions of RT during which the legal aid is rendered to 52 inhabitants of rural settlements are organized.

Besides, in 2012 the Ministry of Justice of RT started implementation of the social project directed on rendering of an address legal aid to persons, being in places of the compulsory contents. Within a half-year exit receptions in IK-18 (legal aid 20 people received), and in IK-19 (14 people) took place.
