In 2012, the electronic document were connected all 182 judicial district magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the control department of the Office for the Coordination of interaction of executive authority of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, all the control documents executed in time. In 2012, to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan received 509 written applications, including Internet-receiving Government Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan - 242 treatment. During the reporting period, the Ministry conducted 106 personal reception of citizens (47 - Minister of Justice), in which 440 people made, including 202 - on-site receptions, 58 - in the videoconference.
Still citizens appealed to the Ministry on various issues, including for clarification of certain provisions of the law. All citizens who applied for an appointment to give detailed explanations and recommendations on the issues raised, and to assist in meeting their requests.
