Training of executive secretaries of administrative commissions

The Ministry of Justice has trained the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Arsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky, Sabinsky and Tyulyachinsky municipal districts of Tatarstan.

Employees of the Department of Administrative and Technical Inspection and the Department for Organizing the Activities of Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan shared their practical skills in identifying offenses and initiating administrative proceedings, told about the procedure for drawing up administrative protocols, the specifics of reviewing administrative materials, and also touched upon the issues of monitoring the execution of decisions of the administrative commission on sentencing. The representative of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan explained about the organization of the collection of administrative fines.

Employees of the Ministry of Justice spoke about the latest changes in the legislation of Tatarstan on the creation of municipal administrative commissions, and also noted the importance of preventive measures and the correctness of reporting on the performance of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan by local self-government bodies.

In addition, as part of the internship, a workshop was held on drawing up protocols on specific examples of offenses and in the "round table" mode, answers were given to questions on topical topics.
