Participation of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R. I. Zagidullin in the meeting of the Coordination Council under the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan
On May 10, 2021, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in a meeting of the Coordinating Council under the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, where he made a report on improving the quality of municipal rule-making.
During his speech, the Minister informed the participants of the meeting about the results of monitoring of municipal regulatory legal acts carried out using the analytical information system "Code" and the work of municipalities to bring the acts into compliance with the legislation. He outlined the factors that affect the quality of municipal rule-making, and spoke about the activities of the Ministry in providing legal and methodological assistance to local self-government bodies.
