Internship of responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
On June 17, 2021, at the location of the Administrative Commission of Naberezhnye Chelny, an internship for the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk, Muslyumovsky, Sarmanovsky and Tukayevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Commission of Naberezhnye Chelny A. F. Khamzina with the specialist of the Department of Administrative and Technical Inspection R. I. Sabitov and the executive secretary of the administrative Commission G. R. Akhmetshina shared their practical skills in identifying offenses and initiating administrative proceedings, told about the procedure for drawing up administrative protocols, the specifics of reviewing administrative materials, about monitoring the execution of decisions of the administrative commission on sentencing. The representative of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan explained about the organization of the collection of administrative fines.
The internship was also attended by Artem Goritsky, head of the control group for the execution of decisions of the administrative commission of the Department for the Organization of the Activities of Administrative commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan, who shared his experience in organizing control over the execution of decisions of the administrative commission on sentencing.
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan explained the changes in the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on the creation of municipal administrative commissions, on the role of preventive measures, as well as the correctness of reporting information on the performance of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan by local self-government bodies.
The trainees took part as observers in the meeting of the administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny. The issues of interest to the trainees were discussed in the "round table" mode.
