On July 4, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 42-ZRT dated June 22, 2021 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Targeted Social Support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan" came into force.
Law No. 42-ZRT establishes the possibility for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care to enroll in bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs within the established quota in accordance with the procedure established by Federal Law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation".
In addition, the procedure for providing social support measures to labor veterans is being clarified, as well as the implementation of information support for targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Law No. 42-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on June 23, 2021.
