On July 4, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 45-ZRT of June 22, 2021 "On Amendments to Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Physical Culture and Sport" (hereinafter – Law No. 45-ZRT) entered into force, which set out in a new version the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 99-ZRT of October 8, 2008 "On Physical Culture and Sport".
Law No. 45-ZRT provides that physical culture and sports organizations have the right to provide physical culture and recreation services. The list of types of physical culture and health services and the rules for their provision are approved in accordance with Federal Law No. 329-FZ of December 4, 2007 "On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation".
Law No. 45-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on June 23, 2021.
