A video reception of employees of local self-government authorities was held
On August 4, 2021, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception for employees of local self-government authorities on the topic "Organization of contractual and claim-claim work in local self-government authorities " was held.
The event was attended by Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Gainullin, head of the Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local self-government bodies Maya Pashkova.
During the video reception, answers were given to the questions received, problematic situations were considered, practical recommendations were given on the organization of contractual work, the solution of pre-trial and judicial issues related to the execution of concluded contracts.
