New in the legislation
On July 16, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 16, 2021 came into force No. 52-ZRT "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting Local self-government bodies of Municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan with separate state Powers in the field of ensuring equal accessibility of Public Transport Services on the Territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for certain categories of citizens" (further – Law No. 52-ZRT).
The mentioned law introduced clarifying amendments to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 123-ZRT of December 19, 2008 "On granting local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan with separate state powers in the field of ensuring equal accessibility of public transport services on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for certain categories of citizens", and also set out in a new version the Methodology for determining the amount of subventions, provided to the budgets of municipalities from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the exercise of state powers in the field of ensuring equal accessibility of public transport services on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for certain categories of citizens.
The changes made apply to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2021.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 52-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on July 16, 2021.
