New in the legislation
On July 16, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of July 16, 2021 came into force No. 53-ZRT "On Amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Use of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter-Law No. 53-ZRT).
Part 3 of Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 22-ZRT of May 22, 2008 "On the use of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" is supplemented by the following powers of the executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of use, protection, protection and reproduction of forests:
- entering into the state forest register of information on the characteristics of wood harvested by citizens for their own needs on the lands of the forest fund;
- accounting of wood harvested by citizens for their own needs in forests located on forest plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, including on the lands of specially protected natural territories of republican significance.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 53-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on July 16, 2021.
