A meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
On 26.08.2021, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin and Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina took part in the regular meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin told about the work carried out by the Ministry of Justice on the formation of a personnel reserve and the selection of candidates for vacant and temporary positions in the offices of magistrates of the republic at a meeting of the Council of Judges.
The Ministry of Justice is working on the collection and processing of questionnaires and resumes, and the form of an individual conversation with candidates engaged in job search is being practiced. Applicants are offered currently available vacancies or temporary positions formed at the request of employees of the offices of magistrates of Kazan. The database of candidates is also being updated by citizens who have positively proven themselves during competitive, certification and other events, the minister noted.
In addition to processing questionnaires and selecting candidates for positions, active cooperation with universities of the republic is currently underway. Every year, in order to attract students to the civil service, the leadership of the Ministry holds meetings with university students.
