Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues

On August 27, 2021, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held at the site of the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin.

The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered at the meeting:

- "On approval of the Supplementary Agreement No. 1 dated July 1, 2021 to the Agreement No. 01-01-06 / 06-1022 dated December 14, 2020 on providing the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan with a budget loan from the federal budget to repay budget loans to replenish the balance of funds on the accounts of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation";

- "On the establishment of a coefficient for 2022 that reflects the peculiarities of the labor market in the Republic of Tatarstan";

- "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On granting local self-government bodies of municipal districts and Urban Districts of the Republic of Tatarstan state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to exercise state control (supervision) in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects, as well as over the activities of housing and construction cooperatives related to the construction of apartment buildings";

- "On approval of the standards for financial support of state guarantees for the implementation of the rights to receive public and free preschool education in municipal educational organizations implementing educational programs of preschool education in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022";

- "On approval of the standards for financial support of state guarantees for the implementation of the rights to receive public and free primary general, basic general, secondary general education, as well as additional education in general education organizations and professional educational organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022".
