Training seminar at the Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice organized a training seminar on the following topics: "Placement and filling of sections of official websites of authorities on the Internet on anti-corruption issues" and "Practice of using the automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" of the information system "Code".
The seminar was held in a videoconference mode with the connection of all regions of the republic with the participation of not only officials of the executive authorities of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government authorities responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, employees of legal services of municipalities, but also the head of the organizational department of the Office of the President of the Republic on Anti-Corruption Policy and the head of the department for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov and Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Muharryam Ibyatov opened the event with a welcoming speech.
During the training, the head of the department of organization of free legal assistance and planning, Ilfat Mingalimov, presented the results of monitoring of the IOGV and MHI and elaborated on departmental and municipal anti-corruption programs, on the shortcomings in the organization of local anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts and the state of work on bringing the sites into compliance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 225 dated 04.04.2013.
The head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self – government and maintaining the municipal register, Rauf Garipov, summed up the results of the work for January-August of this year on the application of the AIS "Analyst of Regional Legislation" of the "Code" system by local self-government bodies. Following the results of the speech, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Code" information system in rule-making.
