Workshop on the implementation of certain delegated state powers
Before the beginning of the reporting period, on December 20, a working meeting was held in videoconference mode on the implementation by local self-government authorities of certain transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the provision of reports and information on their execution.
The event was attended by those responsible for providing reporting information on the creation and organization of the activities of administrative commissions, determining the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
The characteristic shortcomings in the preparation of reports were discussed, recommendations were given on how to fill them in in order to avoid providing false information, and further ways of interaction between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local self-government authorities and the bailiff service were outlined.
