The farewell ceremony with the former Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Mikhailovich Salabaev will be held on Friday, March 4, at 9:30 at the Arsky cemetery in Kazan.
Albert Mikhailovich died on March 2 at the 81st year of his life. Albert Mikhailovich is one of the developers of the draft Constitution of Tatarstan. He took a personal part in the formation of the legislative base of the republic.
