On January 7, 2022, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 105-ZRT of December 27, 2021 "On Amendments to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Guarantees of the Exercise of Powers of a Deputy of a Representative authority of a Municipal Formation, a Member of an Elected Local Government authority, an Elected Official of Local Self–Government in the Republic of Tatarstan" came into force (hereinafter - Law No. 105-ZRT).
Law No. 105-ZRT provides that the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 15 of February 12, 2009 "On guarantees of the Exercise of the Powers of a deputy of a representative authority of a Municipal Formation, a member of an Elected local Government authority, an Elected Official of Local Self–Government in the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter - Law No. 15-ZRT) applies to members of election commissions of municipal entities working in the relevant election commissions on a permanent staff basis.
Also, the effect of Law No. 15-ZRT in terms of material and social, including pension, provision for persons holding municipal positions on a permanent basis applies to the chairman, deputy chairman and auditors of the control and accounting authority of the municipality.
