Today, Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov gave an interview to the correspondent of the Tatar-Inform news agency. The Deputy Minister spoke about ensuring the rights of citizens to receive information about the activities of state authorities and local self-government.
"Everyone has the right to freely seek, receive, transmit, produce and disseminate information in any legal way. Censorship is prohibited. State authorities, local self-government authorities, officials are obliged to provide everyone with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their decisions and other materials affecting their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, unless otherwise provided by law, including using the Internet," Mukharryam Ibyatov informed.
The Deputy Minister spoke about information systems that are used to obtain reliable information about regulatory legal acts, including the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan, the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, etc.
