A video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Baltasinsky municipal district was held
In pursuance of the decision of the final board, video receptions of heads of rural settlements are held in the Ministry.
On July 27, 2022, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Baltasinsky municipal district.
The event was attended by Albert Kamalutdinov, the leading adviser of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-government Bodies, Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-government, as well as Raliya Garifullina, head of the Department of Regulatory legal work in the field of Local self-government and Maintaining the Municipal register.
Albert Kamalutdinov informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. Gulnara Kasymova spoke about the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing administrative responsibility, Raliya Garifullina spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Baltasinsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register, bringing them into line with the legislation.
The participants of the event also answered the questions asked.
