Meetings of the Expert Council and the working group in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry of Justice chaired by Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, which considered the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
"On amendments to Articles 34 and 40 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On the redistribution of powers between local self-government authorities of municipalities and state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the integrated development of the territory";
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On setting Tax Rates for taxpayers Applying the Simplified Taxation System";
"On invalidation of paragraph 81 of Part 1 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Introduction of the Patent taxation system in the Territory of the Republic of Tatarstan".
At the end of the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held, at which the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed:
"On amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Offences";
"On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Management and Disposal of State Property of the Republic of Tatarstan" and invalidation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On State Property of the Republic of Tatarstan".
