Video reception of the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district
Today, Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov held another video reception for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district.
The event was attended by Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, Raliya Garifullina, head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-government and Maintaining the Municipal register, as well as Ekaterina Nikitina, a leading adviser to the Department on territorial Organization and Control in the field of Local self-government.
Maya Pashkova informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. Raliya Garifullina spoke about the work of local self-government authorities of the Verkhneuslonsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation. Ekaterina Nikitina touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility.
At the end of the video reception, the heads of rural settlements were given explanations on issues related to land relations, the maintenance of cemeteries and the treatment of animals without owners. The issue of the implementation of the new Federal Law "On the general principles of the organization of local self-government in the unified system of public Authority" after its adoption was touched upon separately.
