The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issue of forming a reserve of personnel of the magistrates' offices of Tatarstan
Today in the hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, a regular meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic was held, the subject of discussion of which was the issue of forming a reserve of personnel for filling positions of employees of the apparatus of courts and judicial precincts of magistrates of Tatarstan.
Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina made a report on the issue under discussion. In the report, she noted that the formation of a personnel reserve for filling positions of employees of the magistrates' offices is carried out both on a competitive basis and according to the results of meetings of the attestation commission. Currently, 88 people are included in the personnel reserve of the office of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Deputy Minister also spoke about attracting personnel to the staff of magistrates, about interaction with universities and students who, after completing an internship, are interested in entering the civil service. The report also paid attention to the problem of staff turnover in the office of magistrates of the republic.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gilazov, Head of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Zyavdat Salikhov, Rector of FGBOUVO "RGUP" Vladimir Kulakov, Director of CF "RGUP" Ramil Sharifullin, as well as chairmen of district (city) courts and magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
