Video receptions of heads of rural settlements continue in the Ministry.
On September 8, 2022, under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements that are part of the Vysokogorsky municipal district.
The event was attended by Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, Ilsia Khisamova, Deputy Head of the Department of Regulatory Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and Municipal Register Maintenance, as well as Ekaterina Nikitina, Acting Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government.
Maya Pashkova informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. Ilsia Khisamova spoke about the work of local self-government bodies of the Vysokogorsky district in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation. Ekaterina Nikitina touched upon the implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility.
