A regular meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission was held today. The meeting was chaired by Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin. There were five issues on the agenda.
A report on the monitoring of compliance with anti-corruption legislation in the Ministry of Justice in the second quarter of 2022 was made by Alexey Melnikov, a leading consultant of the Personnel and Civil Service Department of the Ministry.
The report covers the following topics:
compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the state civil service when applying for the state civil service,
preventing the participation of civil servants of the Ministry in business activities,
monitoring the compliance of expenses with income in relation to civil servants of the Ministry.
